Autobytel Autobytel offers 2700 dealers and free private party listings. It has the second largest viewship, behind carsoup.com, with 1.0 million visitors. Autoweb Autoweb is a comprehensive site that includes 4,700 dealers and offers private party listings for $19.95 for 30 days. This site has the largest number of dealers. You can also read reviews from "real" people and feel free to submit you own review. BidCars.com BidCars.com features nationwide dealership auctions available for sale on eBay Motors. Every vehicle listed on Bid Cars is for sales by automobile dealers located throughout the US. It's one of the big 3 Cars.com will chase a deal for you, as most big sites will. They seem to respond quicker though. Carsoup CarSoup is an automotive website for Minnesota. It includes 52 dealers and has private party listing of $25 until you sell it. Classics4sale.com Check out or post classified ads for classic cars and trucks. There's also a kid's section with Topper the Car and a photo gallery of Cruise Night in Woodland, CA. Edmunds - Consumer Information Experts Edmunds is a complete buyer's guide for either new or used automobiles. It provides features such as buyer's advice, road tests, invoice pricing and even up-to-the-minute information on manufacturer incentives and rebates. Edmunds.com Family The Edmunds.com family page provides easy access to vehicle pricing, reviews, comparison tests and search functionality for family-oriented vehicles. In addition, it provides quick links to some of Edmunds.com's most popular buying advice, such as "Choosing Your Teenager's Car," "How to Get a Used Car Bargain" and "How to Save Money on Auto Insurance." Invoice-based Unique site that shows dealers who deal openly on invoice pricing. What you don't know of course is what the incentives and holdback numbers are. Spartan Motors A Michigan-based chassis manufacturer and an Indiana-based motorhome manufacturer have teamed up to introduce a Class "A" motorhome with a 440- cubic foot garage that will allow owners to park their favorite "toys" - personal watercrafts, ATVs, motorcycles or even a small car - inside their RV. Spartan Motors, Inc., based in Charlotte, MI, and Elkhart, IN-based RV maker Travel Supreme unveiled the 41-foot long commercial motorhome December 4, 2002, in Louisville, KY, at the 2002 Recreational Vehicle Industry Association's (RVIA) dealer show, the world's largest RV trade show. The Travel Supreme ME will be on RV dealer lots beginning in early 2003 for purchase by consumers and is expected to sell in the $300,000 to $350,000 price range. |
